If there are people who are important in the business are the consumers.Consumers are the people who improve the economy of the country and they can also lower it.They are the reasons why the businesses do exist and why they are operated.They are the people who have made the majority become rich and they are the people who have made others to have what they need in life because of making extra cash.The consumers legal is to be respected and and be given the correct goods and the products that they have asked for.They have the right not to be conned or to be cheated by the buyers.They have the right to choose what they want and they are in the good position to reject whatever they dont want and the things which they are not sure.They should be given the resit after buying the goods and if there is any change for them,they should be refunded not matter how small the coin is.They have to be treated well and the harsh words and the rude talks should not be thrown to them.
