Leadership is not a piece of cake that can be mastered one night. This can be seen by many of the leaders that we have. Some of them make errors that are so grave and that have serious consequences. Those chief executive officers who require their department heads to go through leadership training know what they want to achieve at the end of the day. Those people in leadership who have gone through leadership training have something that is called confidence. When they tell the people they are in charge of to do something then it will be done with not queries there after. A leader who is not confident does not look reassuring at all and people will resist their leadership tactics. This type of leadership confidence is learned at leadership training seminars. Sincerity is a virtue that many leaders do not posses. Such leaders are never trusted by those they are in charge of. A leader who always says the truth even if it means that people will not like hearing the truth is the one who is respected the most.
