Emma is a simple girl. She is not the type to seek attention to herself. She would rather be quietly working behind the scene, supporting the front liners. It came as a shock to her colleagues when she announced her engagement to Patrick Coney - the famous golf psychologist. No one even knew that they were dating for the last six months already. Emma surely knows how to keep her personal life private. Anyway, even so, everyone is very happy for her. After all, Emma is a nice young lady. She is not only a good worker, but she is also a dependable friend. Once she told her friends how Patrick has changed her views about love and life in general. When asked why she fell in love with the guy, Emma has this to say, He lets me be but at the same time, he allows me to become what I am capable of becoming. He makes me feel good about myself and I hope that I make him happy as much as he is making me happy. |

There's a feeling of freedom when you're on your boat, in the middle of a lake, with your fishing line on the water and waiting for the fish to bite. It is like communing with nature, while being a sportsman, in an age-old livelihood activity. But like every fisherman all through the ages, it does get frustrating when the fish don't bite. For prehistoric man, it means that they wouldn't eat. For modern man, it means a day wasted with a sunburn to boot. The only way around that possibility is to know the water and the fishes. Leadership is not a piece of cake that can be mastered one night. This can be seen by many of the leaders that we have. Some of them make errors that are so grave and that have serious consequences. Those chief executive officers who require their department heads to go through leadership training know what they want to achieve at the end of the day. Those people in leadership who have gone through leadership training have something that is called confidence. When they tell the people they are in charge of to do something then it will be done with not queries there after. A leader who is not confident does not look reassuring at all and people will resist their leadership tactics. This type of leadership confidence is learned at leadership training seminars. Sincerity is a virtue that many leaders do not posses. Such leaders are never trusted by those they are in charge of. A leader who always says the truth even if it means that people will not like hearing the truth is the one who is respected the most. |

Every wedding has a young bridesmaid. They are actually two and they always create a stir in their beautiful dresses. When I was a child, I was a bridesmaids in the wedding of my father's best friend wedding. I was really exited because I had never been a bridesmaid before. There were little girls in the wedding, they acted as the flower girls and if they had not been there then I would have been a flower girl and that was not as good as being a bridesmaid. I wore a very nice dress and my parents were very proud of me. The best part of the wedding was the gift I got. I did not even know that bridesmaids got gifts. I got a blue necklace and matching bracelet and it was very beautiful. This made me start thinking of bridesmaid gifts ideas for my bridesmaids when I got married. I knew that would be in a long time but it did not hurt to be wistful and want to get something memorable as a gift. |

I never get to see my niece because if of the nature of my job. She never forgets me though because when I show up, I shower her with so many gifts she has gotten used to that. I get her very good gifts for nieces uk. My assistant who likes pleasing me has even gone ahead and kept tabs on all the toys that are coming in to the market. There is a kids movie that has come out and from what my sister says my niece loves that movie. She was thinking of taking her to one of the children concerts for the song tracks of that movie. She suggested I take her because I have not spent time with her. This is what makes me spoil my niece, other than the fact she is adorable. Her mother is precious and very thoughtful when it comes to me. She always tells me that when I get kids I am going to settle down and that is a time I cannot await. For now I am going to try and spend time with my niece. |
