Many people are afraid of math, and that is because of the idea that mathematics is a really hard subject. I was really scared of mathematics even in high school, whenever I had a mathematics test I used to panic all the time. My best friend who loved mathematics told me that it is not a hard thing. It s just an art of numbers just like language proficiency involves a lot of play with words and that was the same thing with math but instead of numbers, it is a game of numbers. In order to prove her point, she introduced me to a number game called soudoku. At first, it was really hard but with time, I became really good at it with a lot of practice. She told me to apply the same when it comes to math and it would not be hard anymore. I used this even now when am in college, college algebra and statistics do not scare me at all. If people expect kids to do well in math, they should give grants for math teachers. This is because if they do this, the teachers will implement ways that will be able to make the kids view math as less of a threat and if they learn this when they are kids, then they will not thing any different when they are older. |

‘East or West, home is the best’. This is the saying that comes to my mind every time I remember my journey in search of a good job. After college, my mum wanted me to help her in our family business, but I wanted freedom in life. So I went in another town, searched all jobs in lichfield, got one and settled there. After two years working for the same company, I could not experience growth at all. The company was still in the same position I found it in, and I was in the same rank. I could not take it anymore. I started looking for another employment, but there was no company that could employ me considering that I did not have any advancement in my career at all. I resigned from the company and stayed at my house doing nothing for close to three months. That was when I decided to go back home to start all over. Mum accepted me in the company and deployed me first in a lower rank. She wanted me to feel how it was to advance in ranks in a company. I am now in the management position and I feel great about my achievements. I have earned all my promotions so far. |

We have different ways of benefiting from the things around us and the ones that we do.The working people do benefit from the job they are doing by getting the allowances and the incomes at the end of the month or according to the day they agreed to be paid for the job that they are doing.The children do have the benefits from there parents because they are provided with the education and all the things that they need as they grow up.The benefit rates are wanted to those people who are participating on the works of the public and that of the government.This rates are the ones which the children are given as the grants for the education and even for the projects that they have written the proposals for.The business people have benefited because they are given the loans to support there businesses and expand them and have the branches for there business.The rates have made the country to be more beautiful and the roads to be smooth because they use those rates to repair and maintain everything to look good and attractive. |

Living a poor life is not a choice to many, its just that there is no way out and these families have to deal with their situations the hard way. But it feels good to be able to get help especially when you are unable to meet some of the basic needs needed for survival. Our government is the one that understands this better and it offers the poor chances to better their lives just like any other person through council benefit. There are so many benefits offered under the council benefit that can be used to help the poor to deal with their financial situations. Consider sickness benefits for instance. So many poor families are at a risk of losing their relatives and friends to sicknesses, not because they are too ill to make it but because they cannot afford better medication for their sick. With the benefit, they are able to take the sick to the hospitals in this country and get medical help on time. Other benefits are for example child benefits, income benefits, housing benefits etc. |

My mother says that my father and my brother are afraid of addressing conflicting situations. She has called them cowards on several occasions and they never take it personally, they understand why she feels the way she does. The men in my mother and in my life understand women, they know when to talk, and when to apologize. They also do not like being the cause of strife, and this is something that is hard to achieve considering that they have people working for them who will not always agree in some things and that is why there is strife in the work place. My mother got really annoyed the other day when she found out why they had hired outsourced call centres. They needed to let some people go but they could not bring themselves to fire them. So instead they went ahead and gave that job to the call centre who had to figure out a way to let those particular employees to go. This might be an extreme but it works for them so they would rather they pay someone else to do it for them. |

I have been a lawyer since I graduated from law school. I started practicing in my friend’s firm and later on I joined the government in its move to protect consumers from the harassment they were getting from traders through violation of their consumer rights. My main work today is protecting customer rights after and during purchase. After the law on consumer rights protection was passed, things have become very easy for us because we have the back up of the law as we protect consumers after violation of their rights. When a consumer realizes that their rights have been violated and the trader does not want to settle in accordance to consumer’s terms, the consumer files their complaints and we take over. Both the consumer and the trader are called a few days later for hearings and after the trader is found guilty as charged, they are punished according to the law. Not many traders today wants the cases to get to that point because they stand to lose so much, so they settle with the consumer before the complaint is filed. |

When you think of the struggles that the youth go through before establishing themselves, you will realize that it is not an easy place to be. The situation is even worse if you are an orphan, been on the wrong side of the law but are now OK, or you may have done badly in school which earns no college would accept you as their student or have lived all your life in a care center. The above categories of people are the ones who benefits from a Princes Trust Grants. This was set up a number of years ago and it looks at helping the youth who are between the age of eighteen years and thirty to set up businesses that will see them succeed in life just as those who had no difficulties in school. Those who qualify go through training so that they can know which area to venture into. After the business blossoms, the loan is paid gradually. Those who take the training seriously are bound to reap a lot of profits. |

The dream of many people is to go through school with no problems at all so that they may not miss out on anything and so that you may not waste time as a result of not paying the fees required on time. However this is nothing but a dream to some who can not raise the money required in colleges and other institutions of higher learning. At this time a person feels like their life has come to a sudden halt because to many education is the key to our future lives. As much as this is true one should never lose hope in life no matter what calamity befalls them. In uk especially one should make sure that they have looked for a solution to this problem because it is there. Acquiring grants and loans for college education is possible here and all those who can not afford education fees should go to the higher learning loans board and get to know what is required of them in order to get the loan. Once you are done with college education and you are employed you can start paying back the grant as well as the loan. |

My mother called me up a while ago to seek advice regarding the poor quality materials she just purchased for the renovation of their house. She wants me to research on the subject Consumer Rights Builders and find out what she can do about it. My mother is an aged woman and she is having a hard time scouting for items that she is in need of. Most of the time, she prefers not to go anywhere else when purchasing goods. Buying items through online shop is always her number one option. However, this is sometimes putting her money to waste. She sometimes fails to thoroughly inspect the items and this was what happened the last time she ordered for the materials needed for their home improvement. Somebody told her that the quality of the materials she acquired are second rate and that these are less likely to last for a lengthy duration. I will help her out in finding a solution to this dilemma. The seller has to learn his lesson for he is not suppose to take advantage of his buyers in any way. |

If there are people who are important in the business are the consumers.Consumers are the people who improve the economy of the country and they can also lower it.They are the reasons why the businesses do exist and why they are operated.They are the people who have made the majority become rich and they are the people who have made others to have what they need in life because of making extra cash.The consumers legal is to be respected and and be given the correct goods and the products that they have asked for.They have the right not to be conned or to be cheated by the buyers.They have the right to choose what they want and they are in the good position to reject whatever they dont want and the things which they are not sure.They should be given the resit after buying the goods and if there is any change for them,they should be refunded not matter how small the coin is.They have to be treated well and the harsh words and the rude talks should not be thrown to them. |
